Leading our catering team, is Chef Brenton Banner. Chef Banner previously owned and operated a prestigious Chef Hat awarded restaurant in Melbourne, Australia. He brings a wealth of culinary experience and the highest standards of care and execution to our team.

We offer a bespoke catering service, with customised menus created for YOU, that make each event truly unique. From Indonesian banquets, elegant canapés, Western and international classics, Asian favourites, ready-to-grill BBQ feasts or a beautifully styled dessert table, our chefs work closely with you to craft a menu that reflects your taste, theme and preferences.
